meta-ked: py-neopixel-spidev: Update ref to fix build

The current ref is broken an throws an error while building:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'spidev' ERROR: 'python3 setup.py bdist_wheel ' execution failed.

Fix this by updating to the latest version.
