Improvements for labgrid testing configuration and CI

This MR tries to clean and simplify the labgrid integration and configuration and prepare it for future tasks.

  • Simplify and reorganize Python test code
  • Rename configuration files
  • Provide template/example for using a local board via serial console as target
  • Prepare for running CI tests on multiple targets (places)
