Subject: [PATCH] cpuset: trivial documentation fix s/N_MEMORY/N_HIGH_MEMORY/

Current implementation of cpuset track N_HIGH_MEMORY instead N_MEMORY.
(N_MEMORY doesn't exist in current implementation)
