Subject: [PATCH] ACPI: Better describe ACPI_DEBUGGER

For a brief moment I was tricked into thinking that:

  In-kernel debugger (EXPERIMENTAL) (ACPI_DEBUGGER) [N/y/?] (NEW)

might be something useful. Better describe the feature to reduce
such confusion.
