Subject: [PATCH] [PATCH] ocfs2: manually grant remote recovery lock

* fix a hang in recovery that occurred in dlmlock_remote.  the $RECOVERY
  lock was never moved to the granted queue even after getting DLM_NORMAL
  back from the master node.
