Subject: [PATCH] [PATCH] update kfree, vfree, and vunmap kerneldoc

This patch clarifies NULL handling of kfree() and vfree(). I addition,
wording of calling context restriction for vfree() and vunmap() are changed
from "may not" to "must not."
