Subject: [PATCH] x86, bts, ftrace: adapt the hw-branch-tracer to the ds.c
 interface

Impact: restructure code, cleanup

Remove BTS bits from the hw-branch-tracer (renamed from bts-tracer) and
use the ds interface.
