Subject: [PATCH] mm/vmalloc: be more explicit about supported gfp flags

The core of the vmalloc allocator __vmalloc_area_node doesn't say
anything about gfp mask argument.  Not all gfp flags are supported
though.  Be more explicit about constraints.
