Subject: [PATCH] PCI: PCIE AER: Document for PCIE AER software error injection

This patch adds a minimal HOWTO for PCIE AER software error injection
in Documentation/PCI/pcieaer-howto.txt.

+Debugging PCIE AER error recovery code is quite difficult because it
