Subject: [PATCH] [XFS] Update XFS documentation for noikeep/ikeep.

Mention how DMAPI affects default for noikeep.
Slightly modified since Josef's patch was based on
an old xfs.txt prior to Dave's (dgc) checkin which
missed going to oss.
