meta-ktn-stm32mp: u-boot-stm32mp: Add legacy 2020.10 recipe

At the moment we don't want to upgrade to the 2021.10 version from
the OpenST Linux Kirkstone release. Therefore let's add a copy
of the legacy recipe from Dunfell for now.
