Build multiple container images with different versions of the kas base images

Frieder Schrempf requested to merge feature/update-kas-container-images into main

This allows us to keep the current image with kas 3.3 based on Debian "bullseye" and add a new image version based on latest kas 4.2 and "bookworm".
