meta-ked-imx: linux-ktn: mx93.cfg: Enable CONFIG_FEC

A driver for on-chip network controller is not enabled in current kernel config.
So the ENET network interface on iMX93 does not work out of the box.

This MR, adjust the kernel config accordingly.
