meta-ked-imx: mx93.cfg: enable driver for onchip usb controller
A driver for onchip USB controller is not enabled in current kernel config.
This MR, adjust the kernel config accordingly.
Notes:
- there are known HW issues with USB implementation, so USB functionality has not been tested so far. It has been only checked that both USB controllers are visible/detected by the system;
- when this USB driver is enabled in Linux kernel, a serial downloader stops working after software reboot. It seems that there is some issue with de-initialization routine. To work around the problem, to make serial downloader work again, the board should be power cycled or reseted via button after software reboot.
