docs: Added info about rv8803 rtc module, now included since kernel 6.1 in RPi OS

Since May 2023 the releases of Raspberry Pi OS with Kernel 6.1 include the RV8803/RX8900 Kernel module by default, users do not need to compile the needed kernel module themselves for the Pi-Tron CM3+ any more.
