Add LVDS support for Kontron Boards and Displays

Add support for LVDS Interfaces on Kontron BL/DK Boards with STM32MP15x SOC.

This includes

  • Backport of TI SN65DSI83/84 driver with from Linux kernel 5.15
  • Update SN65DSI83/84 driver with fixes from Linux kernel 5.19
  • Integrate DRI bugfixes from ST kernel
  • Add and update device trees for 7 inch and 10 inch Jenson display configuration (stm32mp-t1000-k-70, stm32mp-t1000-k-101)
