arm64: dts: Add support for Kontron OSM-S i.MX8MP SoM and Baseboard

This adds support for the "Kontron OSM-S i.MX8M Plus" SoM and the baseboard "Kontron BL i.MX8M Plus OSM-S".

This MR also includes backports from upstream and the mailing list to improve the i.MX8MP support:

  • pending HDMI drivers
  • clock fixes
  • LVDS improvements
  • BLK_CTRL fixes
  • SoC devicetree nodes

Tested on the BL i.MX8MP Rev. 0
