arm64: dts: imx8mp-kontron: Move panel regulator and set panel supply

Frieder Schrempf requested to merge feature/v6.1-ktn/mx8mp-board-devicetree-fixes into v6.1-ktn

The regulator is located on the baseboard, move it to the correct file. Set power-supply for the panel to make sure the regulator is enabled.
