Kontron OSM-S i.MX8MM Improvements

This MR contains several improvements and updates for the OSM-S i.MX8MM module and the BL carrier board. Most significant is the change to include the OSM-S default pin configurations and peripherals as specified by OSM spec 1.1 in the SoM devicetree.

Further this enables SDP support in SPL in order to load a bootloader via USB, e. g. using the uuu tool. This is especially useful if the carrier board uses the FORCE_RECOVERY signal to force the i.MX8MM in serial loader mode.

Also the CARRIER_PWR_EN signal is now modeled as a regulator in the devicetree and enabled automatically when the board is initialized.

Status: Tested on custom OSM-S i.MX8MM hardware
