Switch to new standard boot mechanism

This MR includes:

  • Some fixes for the board support introduced by missing migrations when switching to v2024.01
  • Switch to bootstd instead of distro boot for all supported KED platforms

Tested by:

  • Launch GRUB EFI from USB-Stick on i.MX8MM and i.MX8MP
