imx: imx6ul: kontron-sl-mx6ul: Add FDT fixup for second MAC address

Even if the bootloader doesn't initialize the second ethernet interface, we want to make sure that a MAC address set in the OPT fuses is exported to the Linux kernel devicetree. Add a manual FDT fixup for this purpose.
