imx: imx6ul : mx6ul_defconfig: add env_redundant

Add env_redundant partition and activate env_redundent feature, to aligned uboot config with the kernel config ,this will fix CRC check failure whene loading env in uboot , and the "Error read envirement,using default" failure encoutered when using fw_printenv.
