SL/BL i.MX8MM OSM Support

Frieder Schrempf requested to merge feature/mx8mm-osm-support into develop-v2020.01-ktn

This adds support for the new OSM SoM and the matching baseboard. The existing U-Boot configuration for Kontron i.MX8MM is reused and extended to detect both variants at runtime and load the correct configuration from the kernel FIT image. The first five patches are minor fixes and preparation, the last patch adds support for the new SoM and board.
