Added a section to the Getting Started Guide on how to write a bootloader to SPI NOR flash.

Added a section to the Getting Started Guide on how to write a bootloader (U-Boot) to the SPI NOR flash of the BL i.MX8MM.

NOTE: Don't merge before feature branch feature/imx8_doc_3_flash_emmc_getstarted is merged!
