Added the Flash Layout chapter to the index and renamed the Flash Layout file

Robin Turner requested to merge feature/imx8_doc_rename_flash_layout_file_add_to_index into develop-dunfell

The Flash Layout chapter is not yet in the index file and there were errors in the log when checking the docs with the local docker renderer. This change makes the links in the Getting Started Guide work and adds the chapter to the index. There is one MR before this one, MR 47 which should be merged first.
