Add support for i.MX8MM OSM SL/BL

This adds support for the new i.MX8MM SL/BL OSM hardware, by:

  • Bumping U-Boot revision
  • Bumping Kernel revision (including update to 5.10.114 release)
  • Extending the kontron-mx8mm machine configuration
