Adds AB boot scheme and SWUpdate tool. This includes

  • yocto recipe for image-ktn-swu AB boot storage image
  • yocto recipe for swupdate-img to create the swu package
  • SWUpdate configuration for web update interface
  • update of create-sd-card.sh tool
  • update of mptool
