image-ktn-minimal: Install u-boot-default-env

Frieder Schrempf requested to merge feature/image-ktn-u-boot-env into develop-dunfell

The package u-boot-default-env is created by the u-boot recipe and contains the fw_env.config file if provided. This installs it by default.
