Build Labgrid container images (derived from config in yocto-ktn/ci-tests)

Adding the docker files and CI config to build the Labgrid docker image. This is derived from the config in yocto-ktn with some improvements for the pipeline. The goal is to remove the Labgrid images from yocto-ktn, as they don't really belong there.

@jbauknecht Was hältst du davon? Wäre es möglich die AEQ-Pipeline umzustellen, dass die Images von diesem neuen Repo gefetched werden?

Sollte machbar sein, die Frage ist vor oder nach dem Umzug von dem AEQ Projekt? Wobei das eigentlich kein Unterschied machen sollte, also vermutlich davor?

Ja, das ist eigentlich egal. So wie es halt gerade passt.
