repo.conf: Switch to master branch of meta-qt5

Frieder Schrempf requested to merge feature/switch-to-meta-qt5-master into develop-dunfell

The master branch is marked as compatible to Dunfell and it contains a more recent patch release of Qt 5.15. This also resolves the fetcher issues from older release branches that have been deleted upstream.
