Support for the following LVDS displays is added on
Kontrons BL boards (stm32mp-t1000-k):
- Jenson JT60050 LVDS 7 inch (stm32mp-t1000-k-70) and
- Jenson JT60180 LVDS 10 inch (stm32mp-t1000-k-101)

HDMI is activated by default for the non-LVDS BL device tree
configuration stm32mp-t1000-k. Due to limitations of clock
settings only a few HDMI monitors will work!

Auto booting the extlinux entry only works if timeout is larger than zero.
Smaller values do not timeout when prompting.
For configurations with only one option promting is senseless and therefore
is set to the minimal timeout value extlinux can handle.

t1001 device has no gpio expander
